## SHIPPING POLICY

We strive to ship all in-stock orders within one (1) business day, but reserve the right to take up to four (4) business days to process your order. Our standard business hours are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Pacific Time (PT). Orders are typically shipped via FedEx.

Standard ground delivery usually takes 2–8 business days from the time your order ships. If you prefer expedited delivery, please select the appropriate shipping option at checkout. Toys From TIM may substitute carriers of equal or better service at our discretion.

Shipping charges will appear during checkout. We are not responsible for customs duties, delays, or fees once the item leaves our warehouse. All orders are shipped FOB origin, meaning ownership transfers to the customer when shipped.

### BACK ORDERS
If a product is temporarily out of stock, we will hold your order until the item is available. If we expect a delay longer than 96 hours, we’ll ship the available items and refund the balance or notify you with options.
